I am Dinaz, a versatile individual with a passion for wellness and personal development. With over 25 years in the fitness industry, I wear multiple hats including Fitness Professional, Entrepreneur, Guinness Record holder, Spiritual Healer, Survivor, Wife, and Mother.
Through coaching and mentoring in Fitness, Nutrition, and Mind Programming, I strive to Educate, Encourage, and Empower individuals and corporates towards a higher level of personal wellness and fulfillment.
Having overcome a devastating fire accident, I understand the power of the mind in overcoming physical and mental obstacles. As a Health and Fitness Coach, I guide individuals in achieving weight loss and overall body strengthening without excessive gym time or fad diets.
